This policy defines the fundamental principles and top management commitments of the Quality Management System established to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with applicable requirements within the scope of Eksen Mühendislik Elk. San. ve Dış Tic. A.Ş.’s activities, including the wholesale import and trade of electrical materials and the sale and distribution of ATEX-certified Ex-Proof products.

As senior management, Eksen Mühendislik commits to:

1. Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system in alignment with the organization’s purpose, strategic direction, and scope of activities
2. Defining quality objectives and providing an appropriate framework for their establishment
3. Complying with all applicable requirements, including legal, regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements
4. Ensuring compliance, certification validity, and traceability of all sold products
5. Monitoring the effectiveness of the quality management system and ensuring continuous improvement based on a risk-based approach
6. Ensuring the effectiveness of processes by considering supply chain, logistics, operational conditions, and environmental impacts related to climate change that may affect business continuity

The quality management system is implemented by considering the expectations of customers, suppliers, employees, and other relevant stakeholders, as well as internal and external factors affecting the operational environment, and is integrated into all business processes of the organization.

2. Is communicated to employees within the organization and ensured to be understood
3. Is made accessible to relevant stakeholders where appropriate

Top management is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and effectiveness of the quality policy.
